Bill Bateman’s Bistro Catering Contract
The terms of the contract are as follows:
- A 50% deposit of the amount of people guaranteed #_____at________per person and a credit card number__________________________expiration date_______along with a signed contract is required to hold the date of____________at Bill Bateman’s Bistro. The balance must be paid in full the day of the event. The balance is payable by cash, credit card or a company check.
- If the client cancels the function less than 48 hours prior to the date of the function, none of the initial deposit is refundable. If Bill Bateman cancels the function, all of the initial deposit will be refunded. Severe inclement weather or situations beyond the control of Bill Bateman’s will be the exception for the refund.
- Please be advised that if a client confirms and fails to appear at all, the entire cost of the function will be directly billed to the credit card number on file.
- Pricing per person will be based on a confirmed number of guests given 3 days prior to the event. If the number of guests actually attending is greater than the number given 3 days prior, the per person charge will be added accordingly. Please be advised that no food will be prepared until a minimum number of guests are guaranteed via a signed contract and deposit.
- Bill Bateman’s Bistro can provide seating for 30-40 guests. If additional seating is required, the cost of renting chairs, linens and/or tables will be the sole responsibility of the client and added to the final bill.
- A minimum guarantee must be given within 1 week of booking an event in order for us to hold a specified area. For parties requesting an area closed to the public during the event, a guarantee of 300 or more must be paid for in advance.
- DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY CLAUSE: If any of your guests are found damaging or destroying an of Bill Bateman’s property (restrooms, furniture, equipment etc.) in any way, shape or form, these damages will be billed to the person or company hosting the event. Unless the individual that caused the damage claims responsibility, the client signature that appears on the contract is the client that will be held solely responsible for repair and/or replacement of damaged property.
- Please be advised 5% sales tax and 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill.
